In most cases, orders will take 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) to prepare for dispatch. If dispatch preparation times are expected to be longer than this, a notice will be posted.

 

All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number and will be able to follow along the progress of your delivery from start to finish.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or addresses entered incorrectly by customers. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If a package is lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a missing package claim.
